Our Quality control process

We only source from top-tier steel mills. Before unloading, our QC team verifies the Mill Test Certificate (MTC) and conducts random spectral analysis to ensure the chemical composition (Ni, Cr, Cu, etc.) matches the order grade.

steel Dimensional & Surface Precision Audit

During the slitting and cutting process, we use high-precision calipers and ultrasonic thickness gauges to monitor thickness, width, and flatness tolerances in real-time, ensuring they meet or exceed ASTM/JIS standards.

Mechanical & Physical Property Testing

We conduct destructive and non-destructive tests in our lab, including Tensile Strength, Yield Strength, and Elongation tests. For copper and aluminum, we perform specialized Electrical Conductivity verification.

For Stainless Steel, we perform Salt Spray Tests to verify corrosion resistance. For Galvanized (GI) and PPGI coils, we conduct T-Bend tests and coating thickness measurements to ensure zero peeling and long-term durability.

A final 100% visual inspection is performed to ensure no surface scratches, rust, or edge damage. We also verify the bundle count and weight against the packing list to guarantee zero discrepancies upon arrival.

Supervise the loading of steel

We enforce strict packaging standards (Waterproof paper + Steel strapping + Wooden pallets). Our QC officers supervise the entire loading process into containers to ensure proper securing and moisture prevention during long-distance sea freight.
