Advantages of Our Aluminum Sheet
Ultimate Lightweight and High Strength-to-Weight Ratio
With only one-third the density of steel, our aluminum sheets are the ideal material for achieving structural lightweighting. By utilizing reinforced alloys such as 6061 or 7075, our products significantly reduce structural weight while maintaining high mechanical strength. This not only lowers transportation costs but also enhances energy efficiency in the automotive, aerospace, and rail transit industries.
Superior Corrosion Resistance and Natural Oxide Protection
The surface of aluminum naturally forms a dense protective oxide layer, granting it inherent corrosion resistance. Specifically, our 5xxx series (such as 5052, 5083) marine-grade aluminum sheets perform exceptionally well in salt spray and humid environments. Even without additional coating, they ensure long-term, rust-free use in demanding marine engineering or chemical industries.
Excellent Formability and Surface Decoration Potential
Our aluminum sheets feature excellent ductility and weldability, supporting complex stamping, bending, and deep-drawing processes without cracking. Furthermore, aluminum is the perfect substrate for anodizing, powder coating, and brushing finishes. Whether for high-precision electronic components or aesthetically pleasing architectural curtain walls, our sheets provide a flawless surface presentation.

FAQs
How should I choose between 1050, 3003, and 5052 based on my application?
For high conductivity or simple decoration, 1050 is the most economical choice. If you are manufacturing cookware or require some rust-proof strength, 3003 is more suitable. For marine environments or high-strength structural parts, 5052 provides the best balance of corrosion resistance.
What are O, H, and T tempers? How do they affect my processing?
These represent the hardness levels of the sheet. O temper is the softest, ideal for extreme stretching. H14/H24 are half-hard, balancing strength and bending performance. T6 indicates high hardness achieved through heat treatment. Choosing the wrong temper can lead to cracking during bending or excessive springback.
Aluminum surfaces scratch easily. How do you ensure the sheets arrive in perfect condition?
We provide double-sided film protection (PE/Laser film) for all high-requirement surfaces. Additionally, we use fumigated wooden pallets and insert moisture-proof paper between sheets to prevent scratches or oxidation caused by vibration or humidity during ocean transit.
Can all aluminum sheets be anodized? Will the color be uniform after anodizing?
While most aluminum can be anodized, the 5xxx and 6xxx series yield the best results. We provide anodizing-quality sheets with strictly controlled composition uniformity to ensure consistent color and the absence of black spots or streaks during your anodizing process.
My aluminum sheets always crack during 90-degree bending. Is this a quality issue?
This is usually related to the bending radius and temper. Harder sheets (like 6061-T6) require a larger bending radius. If your process demands tight bends, we recommend switching to 5052-H32 or 3003-O temper, and ensuring the bend direction is perpendicular to the rolling grain of the sheet.
