If you require precise thickness, a smooth surface, and better stamping performance (e.g., appliance casings, precision parts), cold rolled sheets should be selected.
Carbon steel sheets rust very easily. What protective measures do you take before shipment?
To prevent oxidation during transport and storage, we typically provide oiled or pickled and oiled (P&O) treatments. Additionally, we recommend painting, plating, or coating immediately after processing. For customers with long-term anti-corrosion needs, we also offer hot-dip galvanized or electro-galvanized versions.
