What is your standard coil weight? My uncoiler has a weight limit; can you provide smaller coils?
We offer highly flexible coil weight options. While standard big coils are usually 5-10 tons, we can provide small coils from 500kg to 3 tons through slitting/splitting to match your equipment. We also ensure the Inner Diameter (ID) fits your uncoiler perfectly.
What is your slitting width tolerance? Will there be burrs on the edges that affect subsequent welding?
Our precision slitting equipment can control width tolerances within ±0.05mm. The edges are finely processed to be smooth, burr-free, and free of camber, making them ideal for high-demand automated tube welding and precision stamping.
How can you prove the material grade is authentic? What if the chemical composition is off-spec?
All our coils are traceable to the original heat number. A Mill Test Certificate (MTC) is provided with every shipment. We welcome on-site spectroanalysis or third-party lab testing; if the material fails to meet contract specs, we take full responsibility.
How do you protect the coils from moisture and rust during long-sea freight or in humid warehouses?
We use reinforced export-grade waterproof packaging: desiccants are placed inside, followed by an inner layer of anti-rust paper or plastic film, and an outer layer of metal edge protectors with heavy-duty steel strapping. This multi-layer sealing effectively blocks salt spray and moisture.
Can you provide leveling and cut-to-length services to reduce my production scrap?
