Our pipes use advanced automated TIG/Plasma welding, achieving a weld strength over 90% of the base metal. Each industrial-grade pipe undergoes online eddy current or hydrostatic testing. As long as it’s used within the design pressure range, the weld seam’s safety is virtually identical to that of a seamless pipe.
Is the internal weld bead prominent? Will it affect the fluid flow?
For fluid transport and food-grade applications, we offer internal weld bead removal (bead leveling). The processed inner wall is nearly flat and smooth to the touch, which not only reduces fluid resistance but also prevents medium accumulation and bacterial growth.
