What is the Inner Diameter (ID) of your aluminum coils? Will it fit our automated decoiler?
We offer two standard Inner Diameter options: 508mm and 610mm. Additionally, we can strictly control the coil weight and Outer Diameter (OD) according to your equipment requirements, ensuring smooth installation on your production line without extra adjustments.
We are doing color coating/printing. How do you ensure there isn't excessive residual lubricant on the surface?
For customers requiring secondary processing, we perform degreasing and cleaning. We ensure the surface is clean and free of oil spots. For higher requirements, we can provide Dyne level test reports to ensure optimal adhesion for paints or inks.
If I need the coil slit into narrow strips, how do you control width tolerance and burrs?
We use high-precision slitting machines with width tolerances controlled within ±0.1mm. Through precise tool adjustment, we minimize edge burrs, ensuring the slit coils won’t damage your molds during stamping or forming processes.
Aluminum coils are prone to moisture and white spots during long sea voyages. What protection do you provide?
We use triple-layer protection: anti-rust paper/plastic film inside, desiccant in the middle, and a heavy-duty woven cloth or steel strapping outside, all secured on fumigated wooden pallets. This fully sealed seaworthy packaging effectively blocks salt spray and moisture, ensuring the surface remains pristine upon arrival.
How do you avoid "telescoping" or edge damage during transport or decoiling?
We strictly control winding tension to ensure flat ends and minimal telescoping (usually within 2mm). Additionally, we add edge protectors during packaging to prevent strap indentation or physical impact damage during loading and unloading.
