Our standard coil weight is typically between 15-25 tons. For small to medium-sized factories, we offer recoiling services to split large coils into 3-8 ton smaller coils, ensuring compatibility with your equipment’s load capacity and workspace.
How do you prevent rust during sea transport? What oiling grades do you offer?
We offer three levels of oiling: light, medium, and heavy. For long-distance sea freight, we recommend heavy oiling combined with VCI anti-rust packaging. Under sealed packaging, pickled and cold-rolled coils typically provide 3-6 months of rust protection, ensuring the surface remains in pristine condition upon arrival.
I need to use these coils for deep drawing. How do you guarantee the material won't crack during processing?
We recommend specific grades (e.g., DC04, SPCE) based on your processing needs. These materials undergo strict annealing to ensure excellent elongation and n/r value parameters. The Mill Test Certificate (MTC) provided with each shipment includes detailed mechanical property tests to guarantee they meet high-difficulty stamping requirements.
If I need the coil slit into narrow strips, what is the width tolerance? Will there be burrs on the edges?
